If there’s something you don’t see here, but would like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to call us.
- We reserve the right not to iron certain items, such as dirty, damaged or shiny items. These items will be returned
not ironed to avoid misunderstanding. - You need to let us know in advance if you have any expensive items in your bag/basket which need special care when
ironing, for example, designer label clothes. - All adult garments such as shirts, blouses and formal trousers are returned on hangers unless otherwise requested.
- Any items that are not put on hangers will be neatly folded and placed in the bag/basket provided by the customer.
- Items will be returned within 48 hours unless circumstances beyond our control occur.
- All ironing is done in a clean, smoke free, pet free environment to ensure the freshness of your laundry.
- In the unlikely event of items becoming damaged during ironing our compensation is limited to the value of the item
up to a maximum of £50 per item. - If a customer is not home at the mutually agreed collection or delivery time, we reserve the right to charge £5
compensation. - Payment in full is due on delivery of your ironing. We accept payment by cash only.
